Hi, I’m Jesseca Klein-Smith — coach, athlete, equestrian and the founder of The Klein-Smith Edit.

The Klein-Smith Edit was born out of a personal season of reinvention. After two and a half decades leading product, supply chain, and retail technology teams at some of the world’s most recognizable brands, I reached a point where “checking the boxes” no longer aligned with who I was becoming. At the same time, my life outside of work, as a mother of four, equestrian, and lifelong athlete, kept reminding me that growth comes from edits, not overhauls. Small, intentional choices create the biggest transformations. That moment became my pivot point. Not a dramatic reinvention, but an intentional edit — a choice to step away from autopilot and toward something more aligned, more honest, more mine.
